No.  There's one picture of April Showers, and you've seen it in the game.  I'm not gonna spend 4 hours drawing a nudie picture of April Showers just for you little horn dogs.

Originally, I'd planned a couple power hours that would have featured some silly shit- zombies at the bar, ordering drinks.  This is when the 151 would have been unlocked, and all 151 drinks would have been lit on fire before serving.  Instead of smiling and leaving when they got a good drink, like regular customers, the zombies would have caught on fire and burned up.
  Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to do a lot of the things that I would have liked, and that was one of the features that was cut from the game.  So no, you can't light drinks on fire.  If there's ever a sequel, you'd better believe that I'll put flaming drinks in there.

Welcome to the club.  My favorite drink isn't in the game either.  There are a lot of different ingredients used at bars, and I didn't want you guys to get confused by giving you 500 different bottles to choose from- there are already a lot of bottles as it is.

I managed to get about 110 different drinks in the game, and even that was pretty tough.  Sadly, many more had to be left out.
